I am very very disappointed and unhappy to share the experience that we had today with Mr Hector of Bon Avi Studio at Solas Salon in Raleigh. I took my high functioning daughter to get the highlights and cut done. He was extremely insensitive and impatient and started howling at her for taking the time to decide on the color.
