Excellent service and location
Very unprofessional experience. A family member of mine was sent to two different locations, only to be told at the appointment that the treatment couldn’t be performed because her hair was “too long and uneven.” This is something that should have been communicated before booking, not after someone has already spent time, money, and effort traveling. Super disappointed. I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve been to other Sola Salon locations and have never had an experience like this. Naomi was very unprofessional in the way she spoke to customers and handled the situation. The lack of communication and overall customer service was unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism.
