Booked Osman for a haircut for the first time. He chopped off 6 inches when I mentioned to retain my length and shape the hair with many layers. I am now left with a funny looking haircut that does not suit my face. He knew my hair type, called my face round and intentionally gave me the shortest layer at my nose which curls inwards. He tried to distract me by trying to educate on what I should be using in terms of products and tools. I am embarrassed to go outside and deal with this haircut. WORST PLACE EVER! He booked me and when I showed up for my appointment, he said he cancelled. I drove about an hour for my appointment he is the most unprofessional guy ever. His haircuts are okayish and overpriced and he was utterly rude towards me and my family.
