My friend came in to get her hair dyed back to her natural color by Brittany in room 13, only to leave with her hair, not looking ANYTHING like her inspo photo, but she was there for over 6 hours for a 3 hour service. During her service, the bleach was left in her hair for over 2 hours. She refused to listen to my friend when she asked her to take the bleach out when it started burning. Nicole is the best! I have felt so seen and heard by her! Today, I was bold and brave and let her cut off all the dead hair. My hair is super thin and was down to below mid spine. I’m so glad I cut it off to start over!
