I received a text stating if they don’t hear from me by a certain time they will be canceling my appointment. my appointment was made and confirmed a month ago there was no need to talk to me as client like that. that was disrespectful so I told them to go ahead and cancel my appointment ill go else where…where ill be talk to in a professional manner not with a attitude and threatened to cancel my appointment.
