I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrows and lip threaded by Anisha in Room 108! She was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and so personable—she instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. I also got my eyebrows tinted, and the results were fantastic. I was going to come to this salon, if it was even possible to book an appointment. There is no point in even having a phone number if thag number is useless and only has 2 options, none of them to speak to a stylist, and keeps saying invalid selection, when it should say its getting me through to the reason I called. I paid for service through Groupon for Erica Johnson. I paid for haircut, style, full balayage, deep condition, and toner. I was there 1:30 minutes max. She showed up 30 minutes late to the appointment she booked, and then proceeded to tell me everything I wanted she couldn’t do. Then when she was done dying you can barely even tell she did anything.
