Jordan Perry at Studio 31 is easily the best hairstylist in West Palm Beach. I’ve been going to him for years, and honestly, I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. Even when I come in with a vague idea of what I want (and do a poor job explaining it), he somehow gets it exactly right every time.
