I contacted Ashley about a matting issue my granddaughter had. She was very helpful over the phone and offered to help if I needed it. After a few days I realized I was in over my head and called to ask for help. She was wonderful, made time for us, nonjudgmental, friendly, caring, honest and sensitive.
