I had made an appointment online. I have curly hair and I was looking for somebody that could cut curly hair. I made the appointment. I got a confirmation of the appointment. When I arrived today the door was locked. It was 90° out. I walked around to the window and waved to the girl to open the door. Paid over 500 just for one of the stylists here to ruin my hair over two months ago and still dealing with the repercussions. There was no test strand and she knew my hair history and still went through with everything. If I would’ve known I would lose so much hair going blonde I wouldn’t have done it in the first place.
