Paid over 500 just for one of the stylists here to ruin my hair over two months ago and still dealing with the repercussions. There was no test strand and she knew my hair history and still went through with everything. If I would’ve known I would lose so much hair going blonde I wouldn’t have done it in the first place. The one star review goes to Brenda from Dolce Vita in studio 1. Due to the bad rainy weather and the flu going around, I woke up with a bad sore throat morning of the appointment. Brenda was very unprofessional upon booking the appointment; not letting me know the booking policy. Or providing a link with deposit information. Instead of verbally communicating to solve the problem, she just sent a screenshot image of the policy that I did not receive before sending the deposit.
