One of the worst spot I been to. I love my Locs, but they are very unprofessional. Had a couple of people rowdy and ready to fight and angry. I would never want to experience this again. I hav Locs in the middle of my head and haircut on the side. Chicago needs more professionals at their job period! And it’s all on camera!
Nail lady never showed up, waited 15 min after appointment. Not sure if the SOLA staff didn’t communicate with her or she just no showed. Either way a big waste of time
