I have previously complained directly to the management about the filthy sink in the ladies room. Also I let them know about the frigid temperatures in the stylists rooms. My stylist literally has to use a space heater in her room to make it bare able. I got an email response saying they would have someone call me. They never did and they never fixed the problem, see the pictures below in comments
