If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would give this place - 100 . This review is from someone who had the misfortune of renting space in this never-ending OSHA violation of a building. While I was there I experienced failed plumbing, failing HVAC system, and my clients were greeted at the door to the sight of unhoused people sleeping near puddles of human urine.
