Moved into my beautiful new home July 1st and I have 0 complaints!! Everybody in the office especially the property manager Courtney is absolutely wonderful and very sweet!
We just moved to Sola from WA state, Agatha was so helpful to make this process less stress, from the application to the move, especially when moving from out of state I appreciate to have Agatha taking us through the process instead of dealing with AI in other places. The apartment is great, clean, the common area is nice, the location is great 10-15 minutes to everything, I would recommend Sola especially for out of state.
I put in a work order for my kitchen sink clog (water takes a long time to drain down). They sent me a bill for $400 3 days later. I was trying to find out what happened and keep getting the same answer: “the manager isn’t available”. After one week, I finally get a hold of Courtney P. (the manager) and she said I have to pay because they had to call the outside vendor to fix it. I never heard of this before. I stayed here for 7 years and never caused any trouble.
