This is my experience of living here after more than a year, when I first toured the apartment my leasing agent was really helpful and kind. Nowadays it’s hard to even try to call the office because of their automated system that makes it take forever to reach someone. I like the amenities, I do think they keep it clean, and genuinely want the residents to enjoy it. I had a great experience working with Agatha throughout the leasing process! She made the entire process feel simple and stress-free, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always quick to communicate. She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and took the time to make sure everything was clear. I really appreciated how helpful, responsive, and welcoming she was!

Helpful and friendly receptionist Agatha was great to work with. She was communicative and helpful, making the whole process smooth. If you need assistance at the front desk, she's someone you can count on.
