I'm so glad I had a friend bring me to Sol Wellness almost 5 months ago! After my first class I became a member. Sol Wellness instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable! Being new to pilates and recovering from a back injury it was exactly what I needed to heal. I feel so much stronger now! I'm thankful for Alyssa creating this beautiful studio and community!
Sol Pilates is an absolute gem in San Luis Obispo! The studio has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Alyssa is an amazing instructor who truly cares about her clients.
