Steve and his team at SolWave are a pleasure to work with! The hard water in Santa Barbara was significantly shortening the lifespan of our fixtures and appliances, so we had SolWave install a water softening system years ago. Its great - SolWave takes care of everything so I don't have to. I highly recommend them!
I purchased a water dispenser from them, and ended up not needing it. A few days later I stopped in to return it and the man at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. He wouldn’t hardly look at me when I walked in and wound not engage in conversation when I asked to return the unopened box. Just said “nope we don’t do that and I wouldn’t know how anyways”. It’s 2025… why would you not take a return for an unopened product?

A huge shout out to Sol Wave Water for once again supporting the Santa Barbara Senior Expo by providing water dispensers throughout the venue. We kept over 1200 people hydrated and happy. Owners Lori and Steve were there too at their booth to answer any questions and share resources with our seniors and their caregivers. i highly recommend them. Thank you, Sol Wave!
