Absolutely horrible because of them I missed 4 Dr appts because they don't know how to schedule their drivers! Today they were 45 minutes late & I missed yet another appt, luckily the Dr office understood & let me reschedule. Only reason for 1 star is that there are like 4 drivers that are totally awesome! Other then those drivers the agency is useless! Never use if you want to be on time to your appointments, they also have the attitude that it's YOUR fault not theirs that they THEY are late!

I saw a Sol transportation on the road today too. It was #147 and it was running me off the road into the lanes of oncoming traffic. Luckily there was a turn lane I was able to pull into so the driver could continue to speed up the residential road. If your family members are relying on this company to get anywhere other than their funeral- good luck.

Every driver that I have had through Sol Transportation has been on time and has driven quite safely ; each one has gotten me to my destination - either to my doctor's office and/or my pharmacy - without any major problems, well before my scheduled arrival time ; most all are excellent defensive drivers, as professional driving is an art in this city and driving amongst local San Diego drivers is often a nightmare ; the latter are used to driving in "perfect weather conditions" and have no comprehension as to what it's like ... read more
