Katie is awesome. I have been a member for over four years and this woman is constantly working and cleaning the place and makes it just such a great atmosphere. I’ve never seen an employee go above and beyond the way she does. She always has a smile on her face. She’s always friendly. She’s always helpful and very educated on every machine that is in that place. I have lived in 12 different places in the last 21 years and each one of them I have joined a tanning spa.
