I’m sitting in the parking lot in awe of what just happened. I’ve had this membership for a long time now. I work near the Vintage one, drive to the Woodlands one when doing errands, and this one is a drive for me from where I live but was the closest one today. I called to see if this location had the new VersaSpa Pro and Makayla said yes that it would close at 7:40pm. I called well in advance to make the drive and be on time. Katie is awesome. I have been a member for over four years and this woman is constantly working and cleaning the place and makes it just such a great atmosphere. I’ve never seen an employee go above and beyond the way she does. She always has a smile on her face. She’s always friendly. She’s always helpful and very educated on every machine that is in that place. I have lived in 12 different places in the last 21 years and each one of them I have joined a tanning spa.
