The customer service at Sol was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I went to Sol the day before my wedding needing 4 pairs of matching Ray Bans. Bonita didn’t have 4 pairs in stock so she called other stores to help fill the order. She had all four pairs ready to go the same day. I can’t express how much I appreciate her going above and beyond to make everything so easy! Would definitely shop here again if back in the area!
Bonita was an amazing professional! She fixed my glasses and did not even ask for a payment from me! I observed her working on my glasses and couldn’t dream for a better customer service... Their store doesn’t take insurance and that is precisely why they have better prices than most places... go check it out :)
