** update I spoke with the owner and she was wonderful in making me feel better and did wave the fee for me. But I will won't be back as I will not make a 2 year commitment to a tanning salon. The girls are nice and the spa is kept relatively clean but unfortunately I will not be back at this establishment. I will say that YES I should have double checked what I was signing but the way I was explained the membership worked was it was a 3 month commitment before cancellation without getting a $50 fee. Went here a couple of days ago, and the second I walked in, I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable. Great staff and great service!
Just went for a drop in tanning session, since my usual place closed down. What a wonderful, clean salon with pleasant staff. 😍 I will definitely be back and get some minutes. Drop in was a bit pricey, but that's everywhere.
Beware! Paid in full one year family membership. Then they made 3 unauthorized payment withdrawals amounting to $300+. After the commotion of finally receiving 2 of 3 unauthorized payments, I was advised by telephone message that our membership was cancelled effective immediately and to find another spa. I have only been there once when they guaranteed that they would be able to help with my pain management and I signed and paid in full for a year membership with my Debit Card.
