Kendra's Journey Through the Chakras Breathwork Experience was such a blessing! Her combined guidance and music playlist started out slow and energetic. As the session went on, I had some stagnant energy cleared through the breathwork and stretches. Once we had opened our chakras and after the energetic climax the session, we went into a third eye journey. Which was very calming and intuitive. Clarity was brought in. Leaving very satisfied and at peace. Looking forward to the next journey!
Today I had an amazing Breathwork Journey with Sol Sister, aka Kendra and it literally transported me into another place. A place of surrender and peace and a place where my heart felt safe enough to heal even more. I have been to 4 other group breathwork presentations and this was well choreographed than most of those past experiences.
