Sol is an amazing realtor, and we highly recommend his services! He's a great listener and communicator and definitely knows the ins and outs of the selling process... He was there every step of the way to guide us through preparing our house for the market which helped considerably. Once on the market, it took only 5 days to receive offers, negotiate (Sol has great tips on negotiating!) and have both parties come to a deal. Everything was very smooth from beginning to end :)
