Going with Sol was the best decision I could have made for selling my home! He was confident in a weird real estate market. Although his price recommendation was lower than I initially hoped for, he had a strategy that proved to work and we got 20,000 dollars over asking price. He was assertive and directive on what we needed to do to sell our home quickly with fantastic terms. Definitely would recommend him for any real estate agent needs you have!

Sol is the absolute best in the real estate business PERIOD! I refer him to everyone I know and have used his services personally on several properties. If you like communication with people you hire, Sol is 100% the person for your real estate transaction!!!

Working with Sol Simmers has been one of the most consistently outstanding experiences we’ve had in real estate. We’ve partnered with him three separate times—both as sellers and as buyers—and every single transaction has reinforced why we trust him so deeply. Sol’s attention to detail is remarkable. That kind of discernment only comes from real expertise, and it makes every step of the process feel clearer, calmer, and... read more

Having known Sol from our previous career, I had no doubt that he would be the right fit when we made the decision to have him represent us on the sale of our investment properties. Sol exuded professionalism every step of the way by his communication skills, organization, and timeliness. His team was also extremely helpful in keeping us informed every step of the way. Sol is certainly a great asset for us and our business, and I look forward to working with him on our future projects.

Working with Sol was incredible from start to finish. He made us feel not just like clients, but like we truly mattered. From day one, he was personable and incredibly attentive always making us feel like we were his top priority. One thing that really stood out was when he told us he wouldn’t take on another client in the same price range and area—because he wanted us to know we were his focus. That level of commitment and care is rare and meant so much to us. He guided us through every step of the process with patience and... read more
