Sol helped me find a former home, and I knew he would be the one to help us with this latest move. He was great at listening to our preferences and patient with all my questions. When selling a home for the first time I had no idea where to start. Sol was so great at letting me know step by step what we needed to do what will help for our sale value (new paint, carpet, etc.). He is super organized especially when it comes to getting things on a time line to make sure you are ready for each step of the process. I highly recommend working with Sol if you are buying or selling a home. He makes it all feel easy.
