I have had one of the best experiences with Dr. Silverman. He is kind and personable which is exactly what is rare in the medical field today. He took the time to listen to me and provided outstanding care. If you are looking for a provider but someone who will look at you as more than just a patient than look no further.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to make an appoint. 1st 5 minutes talking to automated service that doesn't understand you and being transferred to an intake agent who transferred me to financial agent to tell me I need to pay a deductible who transfered me back to make an appointment to talk to the automated service to get transferred to another agent. Can you possibly make it more difficult to make an appointment?
He prescribed a medication for a serious, painful situation for my boyfriend, but never sent it to the pharmacy. We called the office the following day when they opened, but the doctor does not work Fridays & they had no record of the medication in his chart, so they could not help or give information. Here we are on Saturday, & he can't walk or barely even get up. We're discussing going to the emergency room because he can't make it to Monday. This sucks.
