I took Amelia’s 10am vinyasa. It was amazing. Some of the best lead box breathing, cuing and flow. I am almost 8 months pregnant and felt safe in the space to modify as much as I needed. Would absolutely love to go back and do all the inversions!
I was visiting from SF and was curious to check out Sol Seek. The person working the front desk (sorry, I didn’t catch her name!) was SO welcoming. Her bubbly personality gave me such a comforting first impression of the studio. I could tell a lot of people attending this past Thursday’s class were regulars as there was a strong sense of community present.
