The vibe of this studio matched what I was looking for. Welcoming and modern. I loved that the studio itself was able to match the flow of the class with the aesthetic of lighting and mirrors. I was lucky enough to take a class with Luke. First time I ever had taken a flow lead by a gentleman and I have to say it was SO refreshing. I absolutely love Sol Seek! All of the staff and instructors are lovely, the location and studio are gorgeous, and there is a great mixture of classes. The best part is the essential oil towel at the end :)
Sol seek has been such a safe place for me to practice. I really was intimidated to take formal classes but wanted to try it out. I took Myah’s burn class and she is truly so welcoming and warm and makes the class feel so approachable for all levels. Her energy is so healing and she’s hilarious. I always leave her class feeling stronger and more confident! I’m now doing classes while pregnant and she went out of her way to get me a wedge pillow to make class more comfortable for me! Best yoga studio in Santa Barbara! The studio is always clean and welcoming. The staff is wonderfully kind. The community is inclusive and accessible. I always feel safe in my practice and free to listen to what my body needs. I’ve tried every other studio in town, and I’ll always call Sol Seek my home studio.
