My experience at SOL has been incredible! I've dealt with chronic knee pain for 10+ years and had never sought out PT until this year, as the pain was worsening in my day to day life and impacting my ability to dance, run, and lift weights. I cannot recommend personal training with Gretta Kirkby highly enough. I began my work with her at SOL in Berkeley to increase the benefit of my physical therapy. Gretta and my therapist worked well together to expedite my healing. The training helped me to use the exercises my therapist gave me, supplemented by exercises Gretta suggested, much more effectively than I would have been able to do on my own. Minimized my diagnosis, told me my doctor didn't do the referral right, told me lots of people have a torn labrum and then asked me to leave which I did.
