I was initially placed in a room with a faulty carpet smell. Liz at the front desk was able to accommodate me in a much better room. I appreciate her effort to make things right. Thank you for the hospitality!
Very disappointing that it cost $80 for cheap bottle of champagne and $49 for 4 bottles of water. Floor is sandy. Everything closes. Most of the employees were amazing hosts. Service was amazing! There was one desk person who would not respond to hello, goodbye, thank you. She must have forgotten her tongue at home that day.
