I know that early check in is not guaranteed, however I sat in the lobby and watched all of the African Americans get turned away from early check in with no remorse while other races ( white and Spanish) were given access to early check in once complaining about not being able to check in early. Meanwhile I couldn’t even get an ETA. This is unacceptable but typical. The same rules should apply to all guests.
The food in the restaurant was always good! Being right on the private beach with no crowds was the ultimate experience.
staff was wonderful at Baleen Restaurant for breakfast. staff at front desk was also very helpful. clean premises, professional and kind staff, would book this hotel again.
Great place - location awesome - needs a few details around customer service pain points like water upon arrival and clear instructions on check in
Sole is a great, smaller hotel with a restaurant, clean pool, sitting areas and beach.
