I highly recommend Sol Medical. After my car accident, I was feeling lost and in pain, especially since my own person provider refused to help and told me I had to wait. Sol Medical took me in with open arm immediately and made me feel like I was truly cared for. My experience with Sol Medical has been extremely disappointing due to their ongoing communication problems. They repeatedly claimed they did not have the authorization needed to move forward with my care, even though they had already been informed multiple times—by both myself and the law firm—that the authorization had been fully approved.
