Unfortunately, 3 years ago we bought 3 awnings. Two of these awnings stopped working a year ago. One stopped connecting to blue tooth and it is dead. The other stopped working all together. My husband tried shaking it to make it respond and the pieces came off and never to be found among the mulch. I don't recommend this product.
They’re absolutely horrible. I’ve been trying for a month and a half with nine phone calls to them and Six or seven phone calls to the person who put it in they could not get a hold of them so now they’re not calling me back so as of right now they suck
Awning in my bedroom was installed in July 2024. It has never worked. The battery does not charge and Sol Lux does not know what is wrong. You would think that they would install another working awning and remove this awning. They are being very polite but the awning is still not working. Believe me, this awning is not cheap. Think twice before buying.

I had the misfortune of buying these Sol Lux awnings. I have had nothing but problems since they were installed. 1. The app is slow and unpredictable. You have to try a few times before it connects to the awning. Right now I can't connect to the awnings because they are out of battery. I live in Florida, we have a lots of sun. They are supposed to be solar. 2. If your windows are tall, the awning will only cover 1/3 of the window. You will need curtains. 3. These awnings are expensive.
