We absolutely LOVE our Sol-Lux! It helps fight the heat and sun on our new deck during the summer and in the fall/winter helps catch leaves and acorns that fall all day! The LED lighting is nice to light at the evening and the motorized feature makes it sleek and easy to use!
Unfortunately, 3 years ago we bought 3 awnings. Two of these awnings stopped working a year ago. One stopped connecting to blue tooth and it is dead. The other stopped working all together. My husband tried shaking it to make it respond and the pieces came off and never to be found among the mulch. I don't recommend this product.
They’re absolutely horrible. I’ve been trying for a month and a half with nine phone calls to them and Six or seven phone calls to the person who put it in they could not get a hold of them so now they’re not calling me back so as of right now they suck
Awning in my bedroom was installed in July 2024. It has never worked. The battery does not charge and Sol Lux does not know what is wrong. You would think that they would install another working awning and remove this awning. They are being very polite but the awning is still not working. Believe me, this awning is not cheap. Think twice before buying.
