I had been struggling with left shoulder pain and decided to visit Ethan at Sol Health Studio. He took the time to assess my condition and explained the treatment clearly. Nico is Amazing. Helping me with my shoulder
Ethan and Tom are great practitioners. Their treatment has helped alleviate and manage my injury better and their advice has been sound and helped educate me moving forward. The clinic has a calming feeling and kept nice and clean. The staff are lovely and friendly.
I have been treated the last few weeks with Nico and can say I have experienced massive improvement with my back pain. I have been to other chiros which treat what the issue is and you repeat each subsequent session. I like the approach Nico has which is looking at the long term goal of being able to self manage which has involved giving me exercises for me to do at home to help support and strengthen in between sessions and we add or adjust the home exercises depending on what the goal is.
