Horrible service from the doctor's front desk/ nurse assistant.
Sol Guerrero, MD and her entire team are amazing and very knowledgeable about treating Diabetes Types 1. Sol Guerrero and Nurse Practitioner Laurie Dean helped me to control my glucose very well on the right levels all throughout my second pregnancy. My baby and I had a very healthy pregnancy. I am also very thankful to her team Heleni, Jhoanna and Perla for all the support.
Great doctor. 100% recommended. She truly cares and sit down and takes her time with the patient.
I've had quite a negative experience with this doctor. Firstly, I can never reach anyone at the office, they never return phone calls and voicemails. No response when trying to schedule a follow up. The doctor is charging me for a virtual follow up visit where all she told me was they never got my proper lab results. I asked why and the doctor told me they did not order the correct lab test and I had to go out of my way to do it all over again.
