An esthetician that works here (Izzie) stole my deposit for a purse she ended up selling to someone else. We had arranged a day to meet up and when that day came, I had a family emergency where a family member ended up being hospitalized. Her response was “I will be praying for you”, decided she would keep my deposit for not being able to meet up with her that day, and blocked me. Izzie is an amazing esthetician and businesswoman!!! From my first visit with her, she has always made me feel comfortable! She is so knowledgeable and has educated me on ways that I can take better care of my skin. She always goes out of her way to make sure I am having the best experience possible!!!
