SoL Energy helped us add solar panels to our home 18 months ago. Since then we bought an electric car, and we plan to buy a 2nd electric car in the future. So, around 6 months ago we reached out to SoL to expand our solar array, doubling the number of panels, and to add battery storage, so that our home would be Net Zero in our energy use even with two electric cars. Sol Energy replaced old solar panels that had been destroyed by squirrels. I'm happy to have the upgraded panels creating electricity and saving me money! (And yes, the new panels are protected with a critter guard!)
We had a great experience working with SoL Energy to add solar panels to our home. We worked closely with Matthew who was responsive and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process of the design, installation, and energizing our system. The Sol guys have soul! They responded to my specialized project request, and kept communication open throughout. If you're looking for a solar contractor that can handle any size job, but is small enough to be responsive to your specific needs, Sol Energy is a great choice. I've known owner Ken Olson for decades. He is one of the early solar pioneers, teaching at Colorado Mountain College, then training and installing around the world. He's been in the biz for decades and knows solar!
