Dropped in at Sol while in Phoenix for a conference. The 5am crew is solid and they were very welcoming. Will be back next time I’m in town!

I was in town visiting my son who is in college in the Phoenix area. Sol was close to my 1st Air BnB and so I picked it to continue my training while on vacay. The 4 coaches I met were fantastic. The athletes I worked out with were so encouraging and humble. The $75/week price was very reasonable. Will be back on my next trip through town!!
I did a drop in when I was in town and had a great experience! Alexis was great an answering all of my questions and she was an amazing coach, you can tell she knows her stuff 😁
Dropped in while traveling in phoenix for work. Coach Colton was super lovely and made me feel extremely welcome. Everyone was very friendly in class. Workout was great, gym was big with all the equipment - definitely recommend and I will be back!
