Bought film off this company to get installed! It comes all scratched and the owner starts going off on me. Telling me it’s my fault and that I ruined the tint, meanwhile I opened the box, seen the first couple feet were scratched and crinkled. So we unrolled more and get 10 ft out and it’s no good at all the whole roll is junk! But wanted to check before so I didn’t need to drive 2.5 hours to return it. I’d rather waste a bit. Poor product, poor customer service and certainly not the cheapest out there. I advise finding someone local. I used this company for x2 vehicles, years apart. My recent experience has left me vowing to never give them my business again. I had an issue with 2 window tints coming off the window 7 months after installation. I filled out the warranty replacement forum on their website, but it wouldn’t load…Sent them an email……Over a week no response…..So I call them, which takes an enormous amount of time (speaking with two guy... read more
Went to this place based on the google reviews. Would NEVER go back again. Took my car there to get 4 windows done. Left with a lot of bubbles. Frank said it needs to dry. 5 days later, still lots of bubbles and 1 window started to peel. The back window had a big scratch on it. I brought the car back and Frank decided to peel back the tint to see if the scratch was on the inside of the window and then just placed the tint back. I asked him to fix it as it looked terrible. Had two cars tinted here. First one there were tiny air bubbles on almost all the windows even after drying. Rear window had a long hair in the corner. Very visible from the outside. Rebooked an appointment to have it fixed and when I got there they said it was a two man job and that he wouldn't be able to do it on his own. Rebooked a third time and when I got there, he wasn't even there. Called him from outside the shop and said he can't make it in due to him getting into an accident.
