the worst customer service ever
I liked the beds its just the staff i had an issue with. I decided to try the standing tanning for the first time but i felt dizzy and light headed though i was going to faint in just 2 minutes in there, its just 7 minutes long so I came out and sat for a minute then got dressed, i went to front and explained but they didnt care or as a customer accommodate me with a bed. So I lost 15 bucks. I never went back again.
Horrible experience.Made an appointment for spray tanning when I showed up the owner who does the spray tanning was not there. The women behind the counter stated she didn't know when she would be in. I asked her if this was normal, does she just not show up when she has a client waiting. Her response was it depends, and she had no idea when she would be in and she had not called the store or myself to inform either of us. HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUISNESS!!! My wife had a year membership with Sol City and after her contract expired in May, August they started taking out money from our account again. My wife called them 9 times and tried to get the owner Sara Moniz on the phone and she hids behind her staff, and has them screen all her calls, and never once attempted to call my wife back. To date they still haven't refunded our money. We had to contact the Fall River Police Department and file a report with them and the BBB. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!
This place is very clean, the staff is very nice, and the beds are top notch! The only negative thing I have to say is that the hours are posted online as being open at 11:00am on Sundays, yet when I got there at 11:45 am today (Sunday), they were still closed! I tried calling their phone number, and all I got was a recording saying that the mailbox was full! Another girl showed up while I was waiting to see if an employee would be there soon, and she was also disappointed to find out they were still closed 45 minutes after ... read more
