This place is a mess. We've been charged full price for penny promo items twice, they fixed it after we caught it. My husband made a review about our recent experience here and ed called to sse how to make it right. Hes called several times after I had already spoken with a manager. If I hadn't met the owner and owners son, I would definitely be fine with this store. My wife has had two call backs out of all the times she's called. My calls are returned everytime. Day before yesterday my wife placed an order for delivery May 29th. She requested a call with the total and learned it was for pickup. The girl said she'd change it and have it out that day since it wasn't that busy. We waited all day. Nobody came. I switched the order to my name and changed it to pick up no problem. Beautiful place! The concept is wonderful. Staff is so knowledgeable. I'm only able to use topical products, and several choices were suggested. I tried one which was fantastic. I think everything is made right on site if I remember correctly! I'm going again today to see what's up.
