After extensive research on an island residential solar inverter. I went with the sol-ark-12kw EMP. My installer contacted them to make sure it would work with my current whole house system and generator activation. Solark tec support reviewed the plan and said it would work for a whole house system with standby generator.(email documented) After purchase we saw it was only capable of 37.5 amp output.
