Shane kept me informed of his arrival time. He was professional and polite. We always call Sol-Air for our heating and cooling repairs.
Great experience from the beginning, from scheduling, to service. Very knowledgeable technicians that left me with peace of mind that the fireplace in my new house is functioning properly.
I would use them again. Shane got my old a/c up and running almost too cold lol. But I'm satisfied. Just make sure to understand their rates up front.
