I've always wanted to feel comfortable in a gym environment, and enjoy working out, but I never had positive experiences around this. Finding Sol has been a game changer! The girls, both trainers and community, are SO supportive, welcoming and wholesome - it's like working out with your besties! It makes it easy to stay motivated, and I actually enjoy exercising and look forward to going again!
