They referred me to counsel, then told me they can’t help and gave me no alternatives.
Good with staying in touch with you, however; there's a lack of communication with one another between them . I had phone calls from them where more than one person was calling me to find out when I was going to sign my paperwork and send it back to them...when I had already sent it back...it's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing... need to communicate better with each other...this is an area that I feel needs improvement. Other than that, I think they are doing an excellent job....
