I reached out after a workplace injury hoping to get some help navigating a compensation claim. After explaining my situation and providing documentation, I was told they wouldn’t be able to assist because my employer had already disputed the claim. It felt like they only wanted to take on cases that were straightforward and guaranteed a win. They didn’t seem interested in hearing my full story or understanding the circumstances before turning me away. Disappointing experience overall.
