Awful! My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sokoloff. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The evening after his surgery, my son had excessive bleeding, I called and left a message for the doctor And we never received a return phone call! I paid up front for the surgery, and today, I received a bill that was stamped FINAL NOTICE PLEASE SEND TO AVOID COLLECTIONS. This is the first bill I received! I work in healthcare, and would never treat a patient or patients family, in this manner. Disgusting.
Doron Kalaman is the worst oral surgeon I have ever experienced. Extremely dispassionate and rude. I waited over an hour to see him to have my wisdom tooth removed and have a panoramic x-ray. When he finally strolled in, he said I shouldn’t take out my wisdom teeth, despite what my dentist and my later (much better!) oral surgeon recommended, and refused to examine me. Today, I had a very difficult procedure performed by Dr. Sokoloff which was a success. I was extremely nervous, not with Dr. Sokoloff, but just the whole routine of anesthesia, pain, the outcome, etc. I do have a long road ahead of me as I have other problems, but this is the beginning of my treatment & feel confident about our plan. Well, it is now 9 hrs post-op & I have minimal discomfort and swelling, and my headache gone. Dr. Rosen is likable, intelligent beyond measure, and a specialist in headache and pain management. He is just the best. Willing to try new approaches. Very sympathetic. Gives you tons of time.
just emerged from dr. kalman's office after a dental implant procedure and I could not be happier. dr. kalman, his staff and his state of the art facility are all top notch. it was a much more pleasant experience than expected.
