Excellent customer service
I’ve always been super happy with the quality of work and prices at Sokannes. I’ve had rings resized, clasps changed, bracelets repaired, and they always go over and above.
Gail was an absolute gem to deal with. Needed a gift for a groom on extremely short notice, about 30 minutes before closing with the wedding the following day. She leapt into action brainstorming ideas and showing me pieces that she thought would be well suited for the solution. I ended up purchasing some classy cuff links and was very happy Sokannes was open in my time of need!
I took a number of pieces of jewelry in for repairs, necklaces, rings, bracelet etc. The ring that needed new claws appear to be a good fix so far. a couple necklaces were decent repairs but the amber bracelet and crystal necklace need to have the stones set back in place. In both situations I explained they had previously been glued but it did not stay. Within a couple weeks one of the pieces of amber was lost.
