Highly recommend! Very accessable location with parking very close to their actual office. The office decor is relaxing. I've booked several sessions with Lydia. She went above and beyond, both helping my primary concern and accommodating my recent knee injury. Lydia also provided some helpful techniques for self maintenance that have proven quite beneficial.
I am so grateful to have gone on a beautiful journey at Soka Healing with Dr. Saini during the acupuncture - hypnotherapy session. The space was calming, clean and welcoming. Dr. Saini was able to guide me into deep relaxation which is extremely difficult for my busy mind. I will definitely go back!
I had a wonderful massage by Lidia at Soka Healing. She sure knows her stuff! I came in with an ankle that was hurting for a few months. I don’t feel the pain anymore. Looking forward to my next appointment!!
