The worst company i have dealt with in a long time . I bought a house at Auction. The Auction house told me it takes time to get deed. I call Sojourners to make sure they had all paperwork they needed. They said, YES . I called next month to ask a question but thay will not call you back. Emailed Question to Kate McKinney and she answered with a very few words, So Kate sent me request for funds but nothing saying where to sent the money. I had to call three title companies this week to find a company that would assist with a closing. If you work in the Real Estate industry, then you know Time is of the Essence. Sojourners was the only company that provided me with real time information and without having to leave a message (the others did not even return my call). I have yet to close but when I do i will update my post to advise about my experience.
