The referral process is a breeze and I am very grateful for that. They really care for their patients in their time of need and are very support of families. They throughly assess the medications that have been prescribed and make adjustments to the best available to help patients experiencing mental health crisis. Thankful for Sojourn and the expertise they provide in the care for patients and families experiencing a tough time.
Admissions was quick to answer the referral I sent and made the transition very easy!! Will definitely refer again in the future!!
