Worst ever. Cold and rude I am so disappointed. I recieve massages and facials regularly and have never had such poor service! I have not even had the facial yet, in fact I called Living social and asked for a reimbursment. First, Helen was very cold on the phone and cut me off stating "book your appointment online" and practically hung up on me. Got scammed! I purchased a groupon for this salon. I tried to talk to Helen by phone and contacted her by email. Was never able to make an appointment. My Groupon did expire and I believe this place might be a total scam. Groupon was extremely unhelpful, and I will never use them again. I just wasted 45 bucks. I can't attest to the skills of this person. If they are anywhere close to the owners efficiency, the facials probably suck. The person that wrote the good review was probably the owner
Don't waste your money I recently tried Sois Belle Spa for a facial, especially related to my rosacea. I was not at all impressed with the inside of the spa, nor the outside. It looked very run down and trashy. The facial was okay, and Helena did an all right job with my skin issues, but for that much money, I expected fantanstic work. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted pay $70 for the "honor" of being a regular customer. Uh - NO THANKS. The whole place reeks of ghetto-unfabulous.
Worst Facial Ever I purchased a Living Social voucher for a 60 minute facial. I called about 20 times to make an appointment. Finally I got a call back, to my dismay the next time available was almost 2 months in the future! I tried to get a refund, but it was against living social's policy so I made the appointment to a very rude person over the phone. On the day of my appt, as soon as I got there, the woman was rude.
