From the first time I spoke with Elliot, he was attentive, welcoming & informative. After he suggested the caretakers, we interviewed & selected them. They were all kind, calm, professional & caring. We did not worry about our mother in their care. They were always punctual & responsible. The caretakers communicated with us & we built a trusting bond.
