When I first started coming here it was great back in like 2017 but as time has gone on, it has gotten bad. Phones never get answered. Can never get an appointment. A resident didn’t read my son’s chart throughly and ordered the wrong vaccines. We received great care great care from a few doctors. Outside of that it is hit or miss. I recommend finding a different practice if you want to be able to be seen quickly
This practice treats individuals on Medicaid extremely poorly. I use transportation via my insurance and have scheduled a pick up for after appointment was supposed to be over. I have waited well over an hour and still haven't been seen, I have notified my nurse of the situation and they say well there's nothing we can do, we can't guarantee that you'll be seen by that time... I'm beyond disgusted with how they have no regard for their low income patients and could care less about them being seen. I had to push this out for ... read more
Great, caring staff, clean facility, and not a long wait. Dr. Strickland spent time with me answering my questions and everyone was very friendly, kind, and professional. Definitely recommend for your pcp needs and will continue going here 👍
How about telling someone to take bath in bleach, part of medical care???
