I came in as a new patient in a rather bad and complicated health situation plus a few years since I had all the routine yearly type exams done due to bad insurance making care unaffordable for a while. They have been absolutely outstanding at scheduling tests, helping with issues getting medicines filled, incredibly prompt responses. I felt completely heard during my appointment and they took the full time to get the entire picture. I love this place so much I’m moving my children’s care to the clinic as well.
The doctors here are some of the best I’ve seen in my life. How they manage prescriptions— especially controlled substances like ADHD medication— is god awful. Every month I find myself in withdrawal from my ADHD medication because 1. The law says you can only request it 3 days in advance, and 2. It takes a week for anyone from this office to respond to you and fulfill your request. Had the worst experience around 4 months post partum. Went in for a visit 5 minutes late I was still within the time frame and was checked in and everything was fine until the nurse took me to the room. She was rude from start and told me I was late to my appt and that whatever concerns I had was not going to be addressed because of it . She rushed me made me feel like I was nothing and did not treat me or my daughter how she should have. I have not had a problem with the help I have been given.
When I first started coming here it was great back in like 2017 but as time has gone on, it has gotten bad. Phones never get answered. Can never get an appointment. A resident didn’t read my son’s chart throughly and ordered the wrong vaccines. We received great care great care from a few doctors. Outside of that it is hit or miss. I recommend finding a different practice if you want to be able to be seen quickly
