Soils Inc performed a preliminary soil inspection for a project I am involved with. I needed a bit more clarification than a typical "preliminary inspection" which they kindly and competently got to me in record time. Nice when people follow through with what they say they will do!
There was some confusion and miscommunication. I was not happy with how things went but in fairness, the company did their best to make things right and I recieved a refund.
I hired Soils, Inc. for a Safe, Adequate, and Proper (SAP) septic inspection. The paperwork was presented as an “estimate,” but was actually a binding service contract requiring a 50% retainer up front. I was charged $750 before any work began. When the crew came out, they told me they couldn’t complete the inspection because the septic tank needed to be pumped for their camera to work. This requirement was never explained beforehand. The entire experience has gone very well. Soil Inc is very responsive to calls and e-mails. The team they sent out to complete the soil investigation and stakeout were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Soil Inc has exemplified customer service excellence. I will use Soil Inc for any future projects without hesitation.
