Absolutely unacceptable and horrible experience with Rachael. I went in for a specific hair color and left with something completely different (and not in a good way). When I brought it up rachel gave me two totally different stories trying to justify the result in a poor attempt to gaslight me into thinking it was what I asked for (it wasn’t).
